Abdi Adan Suleiman

Abdi is celebrated for his exemplary work in transforming numerous institutions he has had the privilege to lead, leaving a trail of positive change and strengthened capacity wherever he serves. A visionary leader with a wealth of experience, he has successfully steered organizations toward improved performance, accountability, and service delivery. His leadership style combines strategic thinking with a collaborative approach, enabling him to inspire teams and implement impactful reforms.

Over the years, Abdi has represented the Government of Kenya in various high-level engagements at local, regional, and international platforms, including the East African Community (EAC) and the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA). In these forums, he has contributed to shaping policies, fostering partnerships, and promoting Kenya’s interests on the global stage.

Currently, Abdi serves as a board member in the County Government of Marsabit, where his extensive knowledge and experience are instrumental in guiding the County Public Service Management (CPSM–Marsabit) in implementing its mandate effectively. His insights have been pivotal in strengthening governance systems, enhancing service delivery, and promoting development initiatives in the county.
