Agnes Limo

Agnes Limo is a distinguished Kenyan ICT leader and advocate for women in technology. With over 13 years of experience, she currently serves as Senior Manager at Safaricom, overseeing the Home Solutions department. In this role, she has been instrumental in expanding broadband internet access to households across Kenya. As the former President of Safaricom Women in Technology, she mentored over 2,000 girls in STEM fields, particularly in underserved regions such as Samburu, Marsabit, and Turkana. Agnes is also the Chair of the Gender Sector Working Group within the Ministry of Gender’s Social Economic and Financial Inclusion Task Force, contributing to policy development aimed at promoting gender equity in the ICT sector. Her leadership and commitment to empowering women and girls in technology have earned her recognition as one of Kenya’s Top 40 Under 40 Women.
