Ali Said Mandhry
Chef Ali Said Mandhry, known as Chef Ali L’artiste, is a Kenyan celebrity chef, culinary instructor, and media personality. Born in Mombasa in 1988, he began cooking at age nine and started selling cakes by age twelve. After training at Kenya Utalii College, he became a culinary instructor and later gained fame hosting shows like Tamu Tamu on NTV and Food Time on Pwani TV. Mandhry is the founder of L’artiste Pastry Factory and has been recognized among Africa’s top chefs. He has also been a brand ambassador for Coca-Cola Africa and is an advocate for sustainable agriculture through IFAD’s Recipes for Change campaign.
