Alice Kerubo Manyura

Alice Kerubo Manyura is a Kenyan human resource professional and founder of the Amara Initiative, a nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching first aid and emergency response skills. Established after the tragic loss of her six-month-old daughter to choking, the initiative has trained over 5,000 individuals across homes, schools, and churches. Certified emergency medical workers lead the programs, emphasizing the critical importance of basic life-saving techniques. Recognized among Kenya’s Top 40 Under 40 Women, Alice advocates for community empowerment and safety, aiming to equip families with the knowledge to act swiftly in emergencies.
