Dr Angela Muoki is a Kenyan plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgeon dedicated to advancing complex wound care and cranio-facial surgery. She earned her MBChB and MMed (Surgery) from the University of Nairobi and completed subspecialty training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Kenyatta National Hospital, followed by observerships in microsurgery and cleft repair at the University of Cape Town and OPERATION SMILE missions.

Her research earned the 2024 Kenya Association of Plastic Surgeons Young Investigator Award.
Dr Muoki serves on the Smile Train Kenya medical board, organizes free cleft-repair camps in Turkana and Kakamega, and advocates for universal access to reconstructive surgery through the Kenya Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons.
