Brenden was honoured for his contribution to the development and growth of football in the country. He has been instrumental in identification and nurturing of talent and fostering a conducive environment where players can thrive both on and off the field. Most of the young talents are from humble backgrounds who have gone on to receive a lifeline in their education through support from sponsors. Through his mentorship and leadership efforts, numerous talented footballers have gone on to showcase their talent in local, national, and international arenas. He has also instilled in them the values of teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship which has helped them beyond the pitch.
