Dalmas Otieno Ochieng

Dalmas a former Captain of the Kenya Amputee National Football Team is being honored for his contribution in Para games. In 2005, he was part of the Kenya wheelchair basketball team that participated in the World U23 World Championship and won a bronze medal. He was the 2006-2010 reigning Kenya National Para swimming champion winning 12 gold medals. In 2012, he won a gold medal at the Masters swimming gala in Adelaide, Australia. He is the current 2023 Kenya National Amputee Football team head coach for the 1st African para games in Accra, Ghana.
