Daniel Otieno Randa
Daniel Otieno Randa was honoured for his outstanding work in advancing human rights and inclusion for persons with disabilities in Kenya. As a passionate advocate for inclusive education, he has transformed the country’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) system.
Daniel led efforts to integrate inclusive practices in curriculum design, infrastructure, and learning support. He helped schools adopt tools like sign language interpretation and assistive technology, enabling learners with visual and hearing impairments to access quality education.
