Dorothy Abade-Maseke

Dorothy Abade-Maseke is a leading Kenyan risk and sustainability expert, currently serving as the Africa Lead for Nature Finance & TNFD at FSD Africa and Head of the African Natural Capital Alliance (ANCA). She leads initiatives on nature-related financial disclosures and biodiversity finance across the continent. Previously, she headed Risk and Compliance at ICEA LION Group, co-created the Nairobi Declaration on Sustainable Insurance, and represented Africa in global taskforces like the TCFD and PCAF. Recognized as one of Kenya’s Top 40 Under 40 women and one of Africa’s Top 50 Women in Insurance, Dorothy is also a published author and board member of IRM UK and World Vision Kenya.
