As a passionate promoter and manager, Imbenzi has worked tirelessly to secure overseas opportunities for Kenyan boxers, enabling them to compete in countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, and Germany. These opportunities have not only elevated the profiles of individual athletes but have also placed Kenya on the global boxing map.
In his capacity as Secretary General of the Kenya Professional Boxing Commission, Imbenzi has been at the forefront of efforts to professionalize and develop the sport.
