Jennifer Mbaluto

Jennifer Mbaluto is a Kenyan lawyer and partner at Clifford Chance LLP, a leading global law firm. Based in London, she co-leads the firm’s East Africa practice, advising major businesses and investors on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, particularly in telecommunications, media, and technology sectors. Recognized among Kenya’s Top 40 Under 40, she has expanded Clifford Chance’s East African operations into a multimillion-dollar business without a local office. Mbaluto is also deeply involved in the firm’s pro bono initiatives, including a £1 million annual CSR project in Rwanda.
