Joel Onditi is a Kenyan-born tech entrepreneur and founder & CEO of Pathways International LLC (also operating in Africa as Pathways Technologies). Joel Onditi established the company in 2012, leveraging his background in computer technology and data analytics to build a business intelligence and digital-transformation firm serving clients across the U.S. and Africa.
Throughout his career, Onditi has achieved significant impact: under his leadership, Pathways has developed over 200 business intelligence solutions and expanded into Kenya and the broader African continent, addressing the digital-skills gap and enabling organisations to become data-driven. His firm’s work includes training programmes in collaboration with institutions such as Konza Technopolis Development Authority aimed at equipping Kenyan youth with skills in data science, analytics and software development.
