Jonathan Gichohi

Jonathan Gichohi is the Head of Robotics Process Automation at Jubilee Insurance, where he has spearheaded significant digital transformation initiatives since January 2022. Under his leadership, the company has enhanced core business processes, reducing errors and minimizing manual intervention in customer onboarding and claims processing. Gichohi’s commitment to mentorship has also empowered numerous students and young professionals across East Africa. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a Master’s in Project Management from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing an AI program at Oxford University.
