Kelly Jack Oluoch

Dr. Oluoch was recognized as a 2023 Mashujaa Day National Hero for his stellar career in the medical field including: transformation of the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC), extensive facilitation of research and development projects on community health and well-being, offering leadership in the fight against Covid-19 pandemic, as well as contributing towards various health policies.
