Mairu Njoka

Her knowledge of the terrain and her ability to keep these locations secret were instrumental in ensuring swift navigation and avoiding detection by colonial forces. These safe routes and hideouts enabled the Mau Mau to carry out their operations effectively, sustaining momentum in the liberation struggle.
