Dr. Michael Mwachiro
Dr. Michael Mwachiro is a distinguished Kenyan cancer researcher and clinician whose work has significantly advanced the understanding and management of cancer in Africa. Based at Tenwek Hospital and affiliated with major research institutions, he has devoted his career to studying gastrointestinal cancers, particularly esophageal cancer, which has an unusually high prevalence in parts of Kenya.
