Transitioning from a digital marketing career, she pursued her passion for baking, honing her skills from home before establishing the Nairobi outlet. Under her leadership, the bakery has become renowned for its authentic French pastries and commitment to quality, employing a 100% Kenyan team trained in traditional French methods.
