Nikita Kering

Nikita Kering’ is a 23-year-old Kenyan R&B singer, songwriter, and actress who has rapidly become one of Africa’s most promising musical talents. Starting her career at age three, she gained national attention with her 2018 single “Happy with You” and achieved international acclaim with her 2021 hit “Ex,” which became one of Kenya’s most streamed songs on Spotify. Nikita’s debut EP, A Side of Me, released in 2021, garnered critical praise and showcased her songwriting prowess.Her accolades include being the youngest performer at the 2020 Women in Music concert series in Nairobi, and she has won multiple All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMAs), including Best Female Artist in East Africa and Revelation of the African Continent in 2019, and Best RnB and Soul Artist in 2021.
