Ronald Ngedi Bwosi
Ronald Ngedi Bwosi is a Kenyan Certified Public Accountant and governance auditor who has spent more than a decade building one of East Africa’s fastest-growing professional-services networks. In 2012 he founded Ronalds LLP from a small Nairobi office; today the firm employs over 100 professionals across Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda, providing audit, tax, risk, and corporate-finance advisory to both public entities and blue-chip multinationals. As Group Managing Partner, Bwosi has spearheaded technology-led assurance, rolling out cloud-based working papers, data-analytics dashboards, and ISO-aligned quality-control systems that keep Ronalds in the top tier of Kenyan audit practices.
A Fellow of ICPAK and a registered governance auditor, he guides boards on enterprise-risk management, IPO readiness, and ESG reporting, and chairs audit committees for several state corporations. Passionate about talent development, Bwosi has mentored more than 300 accountants through Ronalds Academy and the ICPAK Young Professionals programme, while lecturing part-time on forensic accounting at Strathmore Business School.
His leadership has earned multiple accolades, including Business Daily’s Top 40 Under 40 Men and the 2023 ICPAK Firm of the Year Award for innovation in audit methodology. Grounded in the mantra “trust, talent, technology,” Bwosi continues to expand Ronalds LLP’s regional footprint, proving that home-grown professionalism can match and often surpass global standards.
