Victor Owuor Radido

Victor was recognized for his contribution to national cohesion and integration. As the Scouts Commissioner in Kenya, he has been providing leadership and direction to the members of the Kenya Scouts Movement. He has been fostering youth development programs and community engagement which have promoted values of citizenship, environmental conservation, reproductive health, community service and peace-building thus enhancing national cohesion.
