Wakiihuri Douglas Maina

Douglas is recognized and celebrated for his exceptional accomplishments in marathon running which include winning gold in the 1987 world championships in athletics and silver at the 1988 summer Olympics. Additionally, he is the first Kenyan to win a gold medal in the 1990 Commonwealth marathon.
