Wilfred A. Mutubwa

Dr. Wilfred A. Mutubwa (OGW, LL.D, C.Arb, FCIArb) was a distinguished Kenyan legal professional renowned for his contributions to arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). As the founding principal of Dr. Mutubwa Law Advocates, he specialized in commercial, investment, and construction arbitration. Dr. Mutubwa served as Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Kenya Branch) from 2021 to 2023 and was listed with prominent international arbitration bodies, including the London Court of International Arbitration and the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration .
